The listings are arranged by county, town, school district and type, (e.g. luxury homes, farms, commercial, multifamily, vacant land.)
The Hudson Valley has 9 different multiple list systems (MLS) covering different areas which you can access below. Many buyers and sellers don’t realize they can directly access these systems and find out what properties are on the market in their area of interest. The MLS search provides the most up to date information. Almost all other real estate sites derive their information from the MLS and so are less accurate and less up to date.

The MLS is the most powerful and accurate tool for finding homes, land, multifamily and commercial real estate. You can go right to the area you are interested in and find most homes currently on the market. Once you click on one of the Hudson Valley or Upstate NY MLS systems you can select the county, town, type of listing, price range and additional criteria for your search. When you find properties that you are interested in, select a local independent broker to help you in your search.
